Privacy notice

Axiom Atelier Ltd (company number 17454858) is the controller of personal data processed through NotifiedSum. Contact: support@axiomatelier.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send reminders.
• The contract, payer, application and notice details you enter, and your logo.
• Billing details, processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.
• Anonymous page view counts (path and referring website) and Vercel Web Analytics, without advertising cookies.

Why

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to keep it secure and improve it (legitimate interests).

Who processes it

Supabase (database and sign-in, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments) act as our processors.

How long

While your account is open, then up to 30 days after deletion, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
