Terms of service

These terms apply to NotifiedSum, provided by Axiom Atelier Ltd (company number 17454858, registered in England and Wales) ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. NotifiedSum is for business use.

The service

NotifiedSum calculates payment dates from the information you enter, stores your contracts, applications and notices, produces documents and sends reminders. It is not legal advice and we are not a law firm. You are responsible for checking dates and documents against your contract before relying on them.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes one contract. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing page, and access continues to the end of the paid period. The founding lifetime licence is a one-off payment giving Pro access for as long as we offer NotifiedSum, limited to 100 licences. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your data

You own the content you add. You can delete contracts and applications at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@axiomatelier.co.uk.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from missed deadlines, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
